Question: Can you ship to Australia?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a $1,000 minimum, $100 transaction fee and additional requirements.

IOGEAR has several Australian distributors that you should be able to purchase this product through. See: http://www.iogear.com/buy/reseller/?c=Australia

Question: Can you turn on the remote tv without the home tv being on ? If the remote tv is on is the home tv automatically on ? If the home tv is hd can I send and operate a remote non hd tv ?
Answer: Yes, the remote TV can be turned on separately. This device is an HDMI transmitter and receiver, so it will only transmit the HDMI source (blu-ray player, cable box, etc...) The "home" TV will only be a video signal coming out of the box as if it was connected directly to the source. The 2 screens are independent of each other.

Question: can you have 2 recievers, and one transmitter?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately no, this is a one to one solution in which you cannot add an additional receiver.

Question: If you have 2 receivers and 2 transmitters is there any chance of interference ?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. There may be some chance for interference between units, but the quick start guide states the following:
'If you have more than one pair, each transmitter and receiver should be at least 6.5 feet away from one another.' We would assume that the 6.5 feet will limit the interference.

Question: Will this work with the surface rt
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. This product is operating system independent, so if a particular device has an HDMI out, the kit should work.

Question: can i have one transmitter and two or more recievers working together viewing the one transmitter at the same time?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, due to bandwidth requirements, support for multiple receivers is not available. For multiple receivers, a wired extension/splitter solution may be the way to go.

If you would like, please feel free to give us a call at 1-877-586-6654 or via our online chat feature to discuss your project in greater detail.

Question: What is GW3DHDKIT Receiver output resolution?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry,

In order for the GW3DHDKIT to deliver the best audio and video formats supported by both source displays, the kit reads the EDID information from both sources whenever a display is plugged in, unplugged, or turned on/of. You will see both TVs and/or monitors flash couple seconds in order to automatically adjust the "Best Common" resolution that all devices can handle.

To get the best resolution for a specific TV or monitor (i.e. 1080p 3D), you can also manually change the resolution from your video source or unplug the lower EDID devices then power cycle the kit and devices. For certain 3D Blu-ray players, you may need to eject and insert the 3D Blu-ray disc. Note, if your video source is not outputting the "best common" resolution, one of your TVs may not show any content or play audio only. Please refer to your devices' user manuals and the Aten GW3DHDKIT Quick Start Guide for further instructions.

The GW3DHDKIT receiver (and transmitter) supports the following resolutions with a PC or a Mac:
