The IR-EYE is designed to work in combination with the IR-LED transmitter (sold separately). The IR-LED transmits the signal from the IR-EYE (via an infrared extender) to the media center device, so that an infrared remote control can be used to control it.
Please note: The SmartAVI IR-EYE is pre-programmed at the factory and works exclusively with SmartAVI equipment. This item will NOT work for non-SmartAVI devices.
