The Minicom Cat5 VGA Splitter enables you to simultaneously broadcast your VGA screen to up to 4 additional remote monitors. Using CAT5 twisted cables as used in networking, the UTP VGA Video Splitter interfaces between the PC and the additional monitors. Monitors may be located at various locations within your facility at distances of up to 110m (360 feet) or 250m (820 feet) from the CPU.
For the Minicom Cat5 VGA Splitter to work you will need 1 Base Unit and enough Remote Units that you need and your Base Unit can handle. For example if you need three remote monitors you will need the 4-Port Base Unit (0VS22004) and three remote units (0VS21002 for up to 360' and 0VS21004 for up to 820').
