The NTI VOPEX DVI Video Splitter (VOPEX-DVIS-2) enables two DVI-D monitors to be driven by a single PC with no loss of signal. DVI output-1 is the primary connection and is used for the main display. DVI output-2 follows the main display.

Question: will this video splitter work for DVI-A?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, according to NTI, this DVI Video Splitter will not work with DVI-A. It requires a digital DVI input signal.

Question: I use a digital monitor and an analog projector. Will this splitter work for this application?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Though the connectors are DVI-I, the input and output signals are digital. To use this device with an analog projector, you will need an active digital to analog video converter device of some sort.
