Use the Gefen Mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort Adapter to connect a laptop or workstation using the Mini DisplayPort jack to a display equipped only with a standard DP connector.
How The Mini-Display Port (ADA-MDP-2-DPF ) Works:
Connect the Mini-DisplayPort connecter to the computer source. Connect a DisplayPort cable (sold separately) to the female DisplayPort connector of the Adapter. Connect the other end of the DisplayPort cable to the display.
Note: The Gefen Mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort Adapter can be used for single or extended output.
