Ordering
and Shipment Information
When you order from KVM Switches Online you will get the best service
available.
- Orders received before 12 pm. Mountain Time will be processed on the same
day, this does not guarantee the order will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 12 pm. Mountain Time will be processed the same day
but probably will not be shipped until the next day.
- Your card will be charged as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Most of our vendors follow these same guidelines and ship out your order
the same day but some of our vendors take 3-5 business days to process the order.
Please take this into consideration when deciding on a shipping method.
- When you place your order you will be email an invoice. On that invoice
there will be a link that you can click to view the status of your order. If

- APO/FPO (Any Shipment Going to an APO or FPO

- My Shipping Account
When you provide your shipping address please make sure it is a physical address
(No PO Boxes Please) and is valid. Also make sure there is a phone number where
you can be reached during the day in case there is a delivery problem. All prices
are our very best estimates but that is what they are, estimates. If the actual
shipping charge is significantly larger than the estimated shipping, we will increase
the shipping charge and contact you before processing the order. If you do not respond,
we can not process the order. All Prices subject to variation.
International Orders
KVM Switches Online is no longer taking international orders.
Canadian Orders
KVM Switches Online is no longer taking Canadian orders.
Return Policy
At KVM Switches Online we want to ensure that you are happy with your order.
- Products returned within 25 days of purchase will be refunded minus a 20%
restocking fee.
- Please check your equipment upon receipt to make sure it is ok. If it is
damaged email

3 days to arrange a replacement.
- Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Returns and exchanges take between 5 and 10 days.
- No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA Number (Return Merchandise
Authorization).

RMA Form.
- You will receive a confirmation of your RMA request along with a RMA
number and return shipping instructions.
This process could take up to 3 days.
- Any returns that we receive that have not been given a RMA number will be
refused.
- The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label and the RMA form
that we have approved must be enclosed in the package.
- Credit can only be given to approved returns that arrive in good condition
with a valid RMA number given to you by KVM Switches Online.
- If the product is defective, you will be given a replacement upon receiving
the defective unit. No refunds are given for defective merchandise.
- Credit processing may take up to 30 days to complete.
Return Policy for SRO Rackmount LCD Products (SROxxx) and RALOY LCD Products:
- Warranty - 12 months parts & labor
- No refunds or exchange after 7 days from receipt
- 30% restocking fee for all non-defective returns
- Returns for refund or credit with missing manuals; disk or accessories will
be refused.
- An advance replacement shall be sent for defective returns for units purchased
less than 30 days from the current date
- Defective units that were purchased more than 30 days for the current date
must be returned for repair.
Sales Tax Information
KVM Switches Online is based in Colorado but also has a presence in California,
Maryland and Massachusetts. Residents of these states are liable for the sales tax
of the city which they reside in. There may be a need for tax to be added after
your order is placed due to a software oversight. If this is the case you will be
contacted prior to processing the order. If this is the case, we can't process the
order until we contact you so make sure you give us the correct phone number and
email address.
Warranty Information
KVM Switches Online only sells brand new KVM Switch equipment. You will receive
your purchase in the original manufacturer packaging with their warranty information
enclosed. All products do come with a warranty and we also stand behind the products
that we sell. The warranties vary in length by manufacturer and are subject to their
terms.
