The Icron USB 2.0 Ranger 2301GE-LANGE-LAN (00-00396 or RG2301GE-LAN) is a single-port USB 2.0 high-speed extension solution, enabling USB 2.0 connections at up to 480 Mbps across a Gigabit Ethernet Local Area Network using existing cabling (or direct connect over CAT 5e/6/7 cabling). It features full device and host support as well as Mass Storage Acceleration for improved USB 2.0 device bulk transfer speeds over previous generation extenders and the ExtremeUSB suite of features. The Ranger 2301GE-LANGE-LAN extends all USB 2.0/1.1 peripherals such as flash drives, keyboards, mice, speakers, webcams and interactive whiteboards across a Local Area Network (LAN) and supports modern USB 3.0 controllers.
This 1-port USB 2.0 LAN extender is FCC/CE Class B certified, supports data rates at up to 480 Mbps, and is plug and play requiring no additional drivers for all major operating systems: Windows , macOS, and Linux.
