Icron is a member of the USB Implementer's Forum. Icron's ExtremeUSB technology is the only extension technology that has met the rigorous standards required by that body for product compliance testing. This achievement provides our customers with assurance of the quality of our products.
Icron believes that the industrial and commercial applications of USB will grow at the fastest pace if the enabling technology is highly accessible. To this end, Icron has made its technology available to the OEM market in a wide range of form factors.
In addition to ExtremeUSB, Icron has also developed technology to enable USB to be used in harsh environments where EMI and ESD problems are prevalent. Icron will continue to develop solutions to problems that would limit the deployment of USB technology.
