It's definitely possible this Aten 2L-7D02UH would work with a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter / cable (or HDMI to DP depending on how you look at it) for connecting a DisplayPort source to this HDMI KVM Cable. That being said, compatibility depends on several of variables in the application including the adapter, the source computer, the switch, the monitor, cables, and how they all play together, so we can't really guarantee full compatibility for adapters / converters. Issues with DisplayPort adaption / conversion are also not uncommon.
