The Gefen EXT-USB-144N is a USB 2.0 4-Port Hub. Full support is provided for Hi-Speed USB 2.0 devices (at bandwidths of up to 480 Mbits/sec) as well as for legacy USB 1.1 backward support. The USB 2.0 4-Port Hub is compact and stylish, and blends easily with any computer equipment. The hardware is plug-and-play and therefore remains in configuration after a restart or a resume from hibernation or standby. The USB 2.0 4-Port Hub can operate in USB-powered mode or with an optional 5V external power adapter. The USB hub has protection from excess current with LED status indicators.
