Raritan RSS4-104-DP is a 4-port secure KVM switch with 4K DisplayPort, USB, audio and CAC support. Raritan Secure Switches (RSS) offer a proven desktop access solution for guarding against cyber intrusion for government and military agencies. The RSS4-104-DP is lab tested and certified to meet the requirements of the latest NIAP Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Devices version 4.0. The RSS-104-DP model supports a single monitor DisplayPort & USB user console with optional audio from the connected computer. The Raritan RSS4-104-DP Secure Switch uses a pure digital switch architecture to support DisplayPort based devices with numerous video resolutions supported, including high definition and 4K Ultra HD. Dual monitor and HDMI models are also available.
The NIAP Version 4.0 Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing (KVM) Switches defines the latest Secure Desktop KVM Switches requirements. These switches allow users to switch between computer systems at different classifications safely. The new 4.0 Protection Profile (pp_psd_V4.0) replaces the previous NIAP 3.0, EAL2, EAL4, and Common Criteria regulations with stricter requirements.

The Raritan RSS4-104-DP Secure Switch supports DisplayPort and are compatible with the latest display and video technologies. 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160 @ 30Hz) is supported, as well as other high definition video resolutions.
Multi-level Security Defenses (Physical and Logical)
The RSS4-104-DP meets the 4.0 Protection Profile by strict isolation between computers at different classification levels, tamper resistant operation, firmware locked down to prevent unauthorized modification, and automatically clearing keyboard data.
Lab Tested for the NIAP Version 4.0
The RSS4-104-DP is certified to meet all the requirements of the 4.0 Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Switches, which defines strict and comprehensive protections for secure desktop access of systems at multiple classification levels along with the safe use of shared peripherals.
Secure USB Device Control
USB is a potent and flexible technology that can present serious security risks if not controlled. The RSS4-104-DP only connects authorized USB peripherals (keyboards, mice and smart card readers) to prevent inadvertent and insecure data transfers.
