Because this dock is built with tomorrow in mind, the TBT3-UDC3 is compatible with most USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 laptops today and with USB4 or Thunderbolt 4 laptops of the future.

The TBT3-UDC3 delivers the fastest laptop charging rate for certified Thunderbolt devices up to 100W (96W certified), while also safely charging laptops needing 85W or less. With Apple now releasing notebooks with 96W chargers, such as the new 16" MacBook Pro, the TBT3-UDC3 is one of only a handful of options that can charge a powerhouse like the MacBook Pro 16" in 110 minutes. *To strictly comply with 100W regulatory limits with margin, Thunderbolt certification limits to charging to 96W.

Dual 4K 60Hz Displays

The TBT3-UDC3 provides full 40Gbps bandwidth so users can extend dual 4K 60Hz displays through 1x HDMI and 1x HDMI/DisplayPort with Thunderbolt 3 laptops and dual 1080p 60Hz displays on USB-C laptops. This Thunderbolt 3 dock is equipped with an HDMI port and a DisplayPort video output, to connect to a wider variety of displays. Need a second HDMI display? We include an additional DisplayPort to HDMI adapter with the dock, so no need to purchase an additional adapter!

Using the Intel Titan Ridge chipset, the TBT3-UDC3 provides some of the widest compatibility options in any Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C dock. The Titan Ridge chipset allows Plugable to ensure their docks enjoy some of the widest compatibility options from USB-C to Thunderbolt 4 and USB4. Using this technology, the TBT3-UDC3 is also capable of extending dual displays up to 4K 60Hz (not mirrored) with Thunderbolt 3 laptops. *Some specifications reduced on USB-C laptops
