Question: Is the Mac compatible trackpad "multitouch" like the Apple one is (supports gestures)?

The Touchpad in the CyberView F117 is not currently capable of "Multi-touch Gesturing".
That being said, you can integrate an optional 10-point Multi-touch Touch-screen into the unit which both supports Mac OS. You can add this option using the "Touchscreen Option" dropdown above.
You can also simply connect a touchpad mouse capable of multi-touch through the optional USB Hub port with the dropdown option "Front USB Port" above.
