The SE-HD-2-LC would allow you to switch between two separate HDMI sources on one HDMI TV. You can use a 2-Port HDMI video splitter, to duplicate / split the video signal and view it on two TVs.
Question: Can I input an HDMI cable with RCA audio?

The NTI SE-HD-2-LC supports embedded HDMI audio.
For RCA audio, you should be able to use a RCA to HDMI converter, or another product- for example the NTI SE-DVI-8ARS with HDMI to DVI adapters.
