Terms and Conditions of Returns

At KVM Switches Online we want to ensure that you are happy with your order.

  1. Products returned within 30 days of purchase (that qualify for return) will be refunded minus a 20-30% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer, at KVM Switches Online's sole discretion
  2. Please check your equipment upon receipt to make sure it is ok. If it is damaged email: CustomerService@kvm-switches-online.com within 3 business days to arrange a replacement.
  3. Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned for a refund.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Returns and exchanges take between 5 and 10 business days.
  6. No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  7. Click here to complete the RMA Form.
  8. You will receive a confirmation of your RMA request along with a RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  9. This process could take up to 3 days.
  10. Any returns that we receive that have not been given a RMA number will be refused.
  11. The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label and the RMA form that we have approved must be enclosed in the package.
  12. Credit can only be given to approved returns that arrive in good condition with a valid RMA number given to you by KVM Switches Online.
  13. If the product is defective, you will be given a replacement upon receiving the defective unit. No refunds are given for defective merchandise.
  14. Credit processing may take up to 30 days to complete.
