Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. The ATEN CS64US has four built in cable sets (2 @ 3 ft. and 2 @ 4 ft.), each of which connect to one of four sources you wish to switch between. The two longer cable sets (4 ft.) are meant to give you a bit of extra cable to target the two outer most/'furthest' sources. The package does not include the necessary cables to connect the switch to the local components such as the video, keyboard and mouse.
