Answer: This product does not come with the Virtual media equipped Computer Interface Modules (CIM). For virtual media support you will need to purchase a Virtual Media Capable CIM, either the D2CIM-VUSB or the D2CIM-DVUSB.
Instead of the DLX-108-MPAC, which comes with 8 MCUTP20-USB cable CIMs that do not support virtual media, we would recommend the https://www.kvm-switches-online.com/dlx-108.html and the purchase of the appropriate number of virtual media capable CIMs.
Question: When will the DLX-108-MPAC be replaced by i.e. the Raritan DLX2-108-MPAC?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry,
As of February 28th, 2019, the DLX-108-MPAC will be EOL'd March 15th and be replaced by the new Raritan DLX2-series which should be released in Q4 2019. DLX series will continue to be supported beyond the release of DLX2, but older units will no longer be manufactured.
