The Avocent MergePoint Unity MPU2016 is a KVM over IP 16-Port Serial Console Switch with 2 Digital Path and a single-AC input Power Supply.
This unique combination provides IT Administrators a complete remote management solution to access and control servers, networking equipment, and other devices found in data centers and branch offices.
The MergePoint Unity switches enhance the in-band management typically done through the NIC of IT equipment by providing secure and remote Out-of-band connections directly to the physical KVM, USB, and Serial ports. This unified approach enables IT administrators a faster method to diagnose, reconfigure, or restore equipment to meet SLA's and minimize downtime.

Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. The single power supply version of this switch, the MPU2016-001 featured above, is discontinued. The Dual AC input version, the MPU2016DAC-001 can be found here: https://www.kvm-switches-online.com/mpu2016dac.html.
Again, thank you for your question, we will add a prominent link the the Dual AC unit in the discontinuation notification.
Question: Is this device capable of auditing security event? i.e at a minimum audit CDA connections, user login/logouts, configuration changes, setting changes, privileged access?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry,
The MergePoint Unity series is designed as a configurable platform for managing all your servers. The MPU2016 appliance has some features and logs inside of the unit meant specifically for auditing security. The internal log will show you who logged in, when, etc. You can also setup users (Local) to provide rights to any specific target, or group of targets. Advanced Logging and management can be accomplished with the DSView software where you can add many MPU units, and other Avocent Hardware and manage it through there. However as mentioned above, the MPU2016 by itself can handle most of what you are looking for.
For more information regarding logging and management, please refer to the MergePoint Unity Installer / User Guide (PDF) and/or the DSView 4 Install Guide (PDF).
