The CyberView MRK-K17-2 (MRK-K17e-2L - left hinged mount/touch pad, MRK-K17e-2R - right hinged mount/touch pad) is a 2U Dual-display 17" 4K UHD rack console drawer is designed for Command and Control Systems which demand quick deployment of side by side displays.
4K 17" displays satisfy the increasing demand for superior graphics and image clarity. 2U 22" depth platform allows for small size and transit case portability. To ensure chassis ruggedness, mobility and quality, as well as being suitable for harsh environment applications, the MRK-K17-2 drawer is meticulously constructed by our team of experts in our own CNC facilities for such applications.

1920 x 1200 looks crystal clear and full screen on the MRK-K17-2 (see picture below).
If the source is 16:9, i.e. 1920 x 1080 resolution, the aspect ratio would stay the same as the MRK-K17.
If the source is 16:10, i.e. 1920 x 1200 resolution, the MRK-K17 would fit the video source to the screen similarly to connecting a laptop to a TV with a different aspect ratio.
There is no need a for a chip or software based scaler as the resolution can be adjusted by a built-in AD board.
